What is Companies?
The Companies directory (/crm/companies) is your account hub in Reachvo. It automatically catalogs every organization discovered through prospect searches, captured via buying signals, or manually added by your team.
Rather than managing scattered leads, the Companies directory groups individual contacts under their parent company record, giving you complete visibility over target accounts, team headcounts, software tools used, and associated sales deals.
1. Header Actions
In the top right corner of the Companies screen, you will find two primary actions:
- + Add company: Opens the modal to create a new company record with industry, team size, location, and website details.
- Export: Downloads your filtered company list into a structured CSV spreadsheet file.

TIP
Technographic Targeting Strategy:
Use the Technology filter (e.g. HubSpot or Shopify) to find companies using tools complementary to your product. In your sequence copy, reference their current stack (e.g. "Saw your team is running HubSpot for CRM...") to achieve 2x to 3x higher reply rates.
