What is the Launchpad?
The Launchpad (/launchpad) is Reachvo's interactive onboarding checklist. It is designed to guide new users through the four essential setup steps needed to launch an automated, multi-channel outbound engine safely.
As you complete each configuration step, your Setup Progress bar updates automatically in real time (1/4, 2/4, 3/4, 4/4).

The 4 Launchpad Steps
Step 1: Connect LinkedIn Profile
Linking your LinkedIn profile unlocks automated LinkedIn touchpoints (profile visits, connection requests, and personalized DMs):
- Click Connect LinkedIn Profile or click the Reachvo Chrome Extension in your browser toolbar.
- Ensure you are signed into LinkedIn in an adjacent tab.
- Click Sync Session to Reachvo.
- Once connected, your card displays a green Completed badge showing your profile name, avatar, and active connected status.
IMPORTANT
Account Safety Rule: Reachvo connects securely via your active browser login. Never log out of LinkedIn on the browser where your extension is installed, as logging out disconnects your account session.
Step 2: Connect Sending Mailbox
Connecting a sending email account enables automated Cold Email outreach and multi-channel fallback sequences:
- On the Step 2 card, click Connect mailbox → (or navigate to Settings → Accounts → Email Accounts).
- Select your email provider:
- Google Workspace / Gmail: 1-click Google Sign-in to grant sending permissions.
- Microsoft Outlook / Office 365: 1-click Microsoft Sign-in.
- Custom Email (SMTP / IMAP): Enter your provider login details (e.g. Zoho, iCloud, or work email).
- Once connected, the step marks as Completed, displaying your active sender email address and provider badge.
Step 3: Activate Deliverability Warmup
Before sending cold emails, activating deliverability warmup is critical to ensure your messages land in the primary inbox rather than the spam folder:
- On the Step 3 card, locate the Deliverability warmup toggle switch.
- Click the toggle to Turn Warmup On.
- Reachvo will immediately begin exchanging peer-to-peer simulated emails with high-reputation inboxes in our warmup network, gradually ramping your sending volume from 5 to 40 emails/day.
TIP
Warmup Pro-Tip: If you are using a newly registered domain or email account, keep warmup active for at least 14 days before launching large cold campaigns to build maximum sender reputation.
Step 4: Create Your First Campaign
Once your sending channels are connected and warming up, the final step is launching your first outreach sequence:
- On the Step 4 card, click Open sequence builder → to open
/outreach/campaigns/new. - Select a target prospect segment (e.g. from Prospects → Search Prospects).
- Build a safe multi-step sequence:
- Step 1 (LinkedIn): Profile Visit (warms up the lead with a notification).
- Delay: Wait 1 day.
- Step 2 (LinkedIn): Connection Request with dynamic note (
{{firstName}}). - Delay: Wait 2 days.
- Step 3 (Email): Send cold email if the LinkedIn invitation is still pending.
- Set your sending schedule (e.g. Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM in recipient's local timezone).
- Click Launch Campaign.
What Happens After 4/4 Steps Completed?
When all four steps reach 100% Completed:
- Your automated outbound sequence will execute safely in the background, adhering to human-emulation daily limits.
- Responses from prospects will automatically stream into your Sales → Inbox (
/crm/inbox) and advance stages in your Sales → Pipeline (/crm/outreach-pipeline). - You can track campaign reply rates and deliverability health directly from your Dashboard (
/dashboard).
