Dashboard

Master the Reachvo Dashboard: tracking followers, post impressions, outreach reply rates, deliverability health, AI recommendations, top posts, and CRM tasks.

Overview

The Dashboard (/dashboard) is your unified command center in Reachvo. It brings together your Inbound Content Authority (LinkedIn followers, post impressions, scheduled content) and your Outbound Sales Machine (campaign reply rates, mailbox deliverability, CRM tasks) into a single, real-time screen.

When you log into Reachvo each day, the dashboard gives you an instant snapshot of what happened while you were away and highlights high-priority action items that need your attention.

1. Header & Primary Action Buttons

At the very top of your dashboard, you will find your personalized greeting alongside two primary quick-launch buttons:

  • Discover viral posts: Jumps directly to the Viral Finder (/dashboard/content/viral-finder). Use this to explore top-performing industry posts with high Outlier Scores (>3x, >5x, >10x) and find proven hook inspiration before you draft content.
  • + New post: Opens the post composer modal where you can draft, optimize with AI assistance, format with carousels/media, and schedule posts to your Social Calendar.

2. The 4 Core Health Metric Cards

Directly below the header, four real-time metric cards track the vital signs of your inbound and outbound growth:

Metric Card What It Measures Healthy Target What to Do If It Drops
Followers Total LinkedIn followers connected across your active account(s) and growth rate vs. previous period. Consistent weekly growth (+1% to +5%). Use the Viral Finder to analyze high-performing creator hooks and publish 3–5 posts/week.
Impressions (30D) Cumulative view volume across all posts published over the trailing 30 days. 10k to 100k+ monthly impressions. Check the Upcoming Posts queue to ensure your content calendar is filled for the next 7 days.
Reply Rate Overall percentage of prospects who replied to your active multi-channel outreach campaigns. 8% to 18% across campaigns. Refine ICP filters in Search Prospects or test personalized dynamic variables like {{firstName}}.
Deliverability Real-time deliverability score and inbox health across all connected cold email senders. 90% to 100%. If below 85%, pause cold outreach and check Campaigns → Deliverability (/warmup) to resolve DNS issues.

NOTE

Multi-Account Workspaces: If you manage multiple LinkedIn profiles or client accounts, the Followers card displays aggregate statistics and alerts you if any sender profile needs to be refreshed via the Chrome Extension.

3. Quick Actions Toolbar

The Quick actions bar provides instant one-click shortcuts to the four most common daily workflows:

  1. New post →: Start writing a LinkedIn post or generating AI hook variations in the Studio.
  2. New Campaign →: Open the sequence builder to launch a multi-step LinkedIn + Cold Email campaign.
  3. View Reports →: Export consolidated PDF growth and pipeline reports for clients or team reviews.
  4. View Analytics →: Deep-dive into detailed channel-by-channel conversion funnels and follower demographics.

4. Audience Growth Chart

The interactive Audience growth graph charts your follower trajectory, impression volume, and engagement trends over time:

  • Account Selector: If you have multiple LinkedIn accounts connected to your workspace, use the profile dropdown to toggle between individual sender accounts or view workspace totals.
  • Timeframe Selector: Switch between Last 7 days, Last 30 days, and Last 90 days to analyze momentum, inflection points, and seasonal trends.

5. AI Recommendations Panel

On the right side of the growth chart, Reachvo's agentic AI engine continuously monitors your workspace state and surfaces proactive suggestions:

  • Launch your first campaign: Appears when you have connected accounts but no active sequences, guiding you straight to the Campaign Builder.
  • Schedule upcoming posts: Alerts you when your content queue is empty so you never lose publishing momentum on LinkedIn.
  • Deliverability & Warmup Alerts: Notifies you if any connected mailbox experiences an elevated spam bounce rate or needs DNS record adjustments.

6. Top Performing Posts

The Top performing posts table highlights your most successful content pieces ranked by audience reach:

  • Post Title / Snippet: Quick preview of the published copy.
  • Impressions: Total views accumulated across the LinkedIn feed.
  • Likes & Comments: Total engagement count indicating how strongly the hook resonated with your audience.
  • View all →: Jumps directly to Analytics → Content Growth to review detailed engagement breakdowns and historical post performance.

TIP

Content Strategy Tip: Look at the top 3 posts in this table, identify what topic or hook format drove the highest comment volume, and use Viral Finder to generate 3 new variations on that same topic.
