What is the Outreach Pipeline?
The Outreach Pipeline (/crm/outreach-pipeline) is Reachvo's operational sales Kanban board. It provides an automated, visual representation of how prospective leads are moving through your live outreach campaigns in real time.
Instead of navigating through individual campaign logs or raw tables, the Outreach Pipeline organizes contacts into progressive stages based on their active LinkedIn and Email touchpoint states.

1. Pipeline Stages Explained
The Outreach Pipeline features four standard operational columns that update automatically as campaign actions execute:
┌───────────────────────────┬───────────────────────────┬───────────────────────────┬───────────────────────────┐
│ PROSPECT [12]│ INVITED [45]│ CONNECTED [28]│ REPLIED [14]│
├───────────────────────────┼───────────────────────────┼───────────────────────────┼───────────────────────────┤
│ [Card: Alex Rivera] │ [Card: David Miller] │ [Card: Sarah Jenkins] │ [Card: Michael Chang] │
│ CloudScale · Lead Score 60│ DataPulse · Lead Score 75 │ Nexus AI · Lead Score 90 │ FinTech Labs · Score 100 │
│ [Campaign: Q3 Outbound] │ [Campaign: Q3 Outbound] │ [Campaign: Tier-1 SaaS] │ [Campaign: Tier-1 SaaS] │
│ [ Channel: Email ] │ [ Channel: LinkedIn ] │ [ Channel: LinkedIn ] │ [ Channel: LinkedIn ] │
└───────────────────────────┴───────────────────────────┴───────────────────────────┴───────────────────────────┘
| Pipeline Stage | What It Means | Trigger Event |
|---|---|---|
| Prospect | Lead is enrolled in an active campaign but has not yet received an outreach message or connection invite. | Enrolled into sequence via Search, Segment, or CSV. |
| Invited | Outreach touchpoint has been dispatched and is currently pending a response. | LinkedIn connection request or initial cold email sent. |
| Connected | Prospect has accepted your LinkedIn connection request and entered your 1st-degree network. | LinkedIn acceptance event detected. |
| Replied | Prospect has replied to your message via LinkedIn DM or Email. | Inbound reply received (automatically stops further sequence steps). |
2. Understanding Prospect Cards
Each card in the pipeline displays essential CRM and engagement metadata:
┌────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────┐
│ [Avatar] Sarah Jenkins [ LinkedIn Icon ]│
│ VP Marketing at Nexus AI │
├────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────┤
│ [Badge: Tier-1 SaaS Campaign] Score: 90 / 100 │
└────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────┘
- Prospect Identity: Full name, avatar initials, and current company name.
- Channel Badge: Indicates whether the primary active channel is LinkedIn or Email.
- Campaign Attribution: Name of the outreach campaign the lead is currently enrolled in.
- Lead Score: Reachvo's algorithmic intent score (
0 – 100) calculated from email opens, clicks, and profile engagement.
3. Interactive Drag-and-Drop Management
While Reachvo automatically advances prospect cards as automated sequence events occur, sales representatives can manually customize stages:
- Drag-and-Drop: Click and hold any prospect card to manually drag it into another column (e.g. moving a lead from Connected to Replied after an offline phone conversation).
- Instant Status Sync: Moving a card updates the contact's CRM record and synchronizes across all linked reports.
- Filtering by Campaign: Use the top campaign filter dropdown to isolate prospect cards for a specific sequence or view workspace totals.
4. Transitioning Leads to Deals
When a prospect replies positively and expresses commercial interest:
- Open their conversation directly in Sales → Inbox (
/crm/inbox) to reply. - Click Create Deal to convert the qualified lead into a tracked revenue opportunity in Sales → Deals (
/crm/deals). - Set deal size, close probability, and target close dates in your commercial pipeline.
Best Practices for Managing Outreach Pipelines
TIP
Daily Pipeline Routine:
- Focus on the Replied Column: Review all contacts in the Replied stage every morning to ensure responses are handled within 1 hour.
- Monitor the Invited Backlog: If prospects remain in the Invited stage for more than 14 days without accepting on LinkedIn, ensure your fallback email steps are executing properly.
- Keep High Scores at the Top: Prioritize outreach follow-ups on prospects with Lead Scores above 80.
