What is Deals Management?
Deals (/crm/deals) is Reachvo's commercial revenue and opportunity management hub. Once prospective leads engage with your outreach campaigns, sales reps and founders can convert them into tracked sales opportunities with specific contract values, win probabilities, and projected close dates.
Reachvo allows you to create multiple custom deal pipelines (e.g. Enterprise Sales, Self-Serve SaaS, Agency Retainers) with tailored stages, probability sliders, and automatic revenue forecasting.

Best Practices for Revenue Pipeline Management
TIP
Sales Velocity Principles:
- Keep Close Dates Current: Never allow target close dates to slip into the past. Review and update close dates at the end of each week.
- Realistic Win Probabilities: Calibrate your pipeline stage percentages (e.g. Discovery = 10%, Demo = 30%, Proposal = 50%, Contract Sent = 80%) to generate accurate weighted revenue forecasts.
- Log Detailed Lost Reasons: Reviewing why deals are lost helps marketing refine ICP filters in Search Prospects and helps reps adjust sequence objection handling.
