What are Sending Schedules?
Sending Schedules (/settings/schedules) define the precise operating hours and days during which Reachvo is permitted to dispatch cold emails, LinkedIn connection requests, follow-up direct messages, and automated profile visits.
By restricting automated actions to normal business hours within your prospects' local timezones, sending schedules ensure your outreach appears natural, protects sender domain reputation, and maximizes message open and reply rates.

1. How Sending Schedules Work
When an outreach campaign executes, Reachvo checks three conditions before dispatching any step:
- Day of Week: Is today an active working day enabled in the assigned schedule?
- Time Window: Is the current clock time between the schedule's
Start TimeandEnd Time? - Safety Delay & Throttling: Has the required interval (e.g., 5 minutes) elapsed since the last automated action on that specific account?
If any condition is not met, the queue automatically pauses and safely defers execution until the next available sending window.
2. Creating a Custom Sending Schedule
To create a new schedule:
- Navigate to Settings → Schedules.
- Click + Create Schedule.
- Fill in the schedule parameters in the configuration modal:

Schedule Configuration Fields
- Schedule Name: A descriptive label identifying the target market or region (e.g.,
US East Tech Leaders,APAC Sales Hours). - Timezone: Select from all standard IANA timezones (e.g.,
America/New_York,America/Los_Angeles,Europe/London,Asia/Singapore). - Working Days: Click day toggles to enable or disable specific days. By default, Monday through Friday are enabled.
- Start Time & End Time: Select operating hours in 30-minute increments or type custom times.
- Send Interval: The minimum pause between consecutive messages dispatched by a single account (default: 5 minutes).
- Default Schedule: When enabled, newly created outreach campaigns will pre-select this schedule automatically.
3. Global Sender Action Interval
The Global Sender Action Interval is a workspace-wide safety governor:
- What it does: Sets a mandatory minimum interval between any outbound actions (e.g. sending a connection request, endorsing a skill, or dispatching an email) across all accounts in the workspace.
- Why it matters: Prevents burst traffic spikes that trigger rate limits on LinkedIn or cold email servers.
- Recommended Setting: 5 minutes for standard accounts, or 7–10 minutes for newer profiles in warmup.
4. Recipient Local Timezone Detection
When launching multi-region campaigns, Reachvo provides dynamic timezone matching:
- Enriched Country & City Matching: Reachvo uses the prospect's location data to calculate their exact local time.
- Dynamic Queue Adjustments: If a campaign contains contacts in both London and San Francisco, London prospects receive emails during London morning hours, while San Francisco prospects receive emails later in the day when their Pacific business hours begin.
5. Outreach Deliverability Best Practices
Recommended Sending Windows
| Target Market | Recommended Hours | Best Days | Rationale |
|---|---|---|---|
| B2B Executives & Founders | 08:00 AM – 10:30 AM & 02:00 PM – 04:30 PM | Tue, Wed, Thu | Captures inbox during morning triage and afternoon break periods. |
| Sales & Marketing Leaders | 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM | Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu | Consistent responsiveness during standard working hours. |
| Engineering & Technical | 10:00 AM – 01:00 PM & 04:00 PM – 06:00 PM | Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri | Avoids Monday planning and early morning focus sprint blocks. |
Weekend Sending Considerations
- Default Recommendation: Keep Saturdays and Sundays OFF for cold outbound campaigns.
- Exception: Content publishing in Social Studio can run 7 days a week, as LinkedIn engagement algorithms often surface high-value thought leadership content over the weekend.
