Understanding Your Reachvo Dashboard

A complete walkthrough of the Reachvo Dashboard: tracking your followers, post impressions, outreach reply rates, deliverability health, and AI recommendations.

Overview

When you log into Reachvo, the Dashboard (/dashboard) serves as your unified command center. It consolidates both your Inbound LinkedIn Performance (followers, impressions) and your Outbound Sales Machine (reply rates, mailbox deliverability) into a single screen.

The 4 Primary Health Metrics

At the top of your dashboard, four real-time metric cards track your growth velocity:

Metric What It Measures Target Healthy Range Action If Low
Followers Total LinkedIn followers connected to your profile and growth rate vs. previous period. Consistent weekly growth (+1% to +5%). Use the Viral Finder to analyze top creator hooks and publish higher-converting content.
Impressions (30D) Total view volume across your published posts over the past 30 days. 10k to 100k+ impressions. Check the Social Calendar to ensure you maintain a consistent 3–5 posts/week schedule.
Reply Rate Overall percentage of prospects who replied to your active outreach campaigns. 8% to 18% across campaigns. Refine ICP filters in Prospect Search or test personalized dynamic variables ({{firstName}}).
Deliverability Real-time health score across all connected cold email inboxes. 90% to 100%. If below 85%, pause cold campaigns and review Campaigns → Deliverability (/warmup).

Primary Header Actions

In the top right corner of the dashboard header, two quick-launch buttons allow you to trigger immediate tasks:

  1. Discover viral posts: Jump straight to /dashboard/content/viral-finder to explore high-performing industry posts with high Outlier Scores.
  2. + New post: Opens the post composer modal to draft, optimize with AI assistance, and schedule your next LinkedIn post.

Quick Actions Toolbar

Directly below the health cards, the Quick actions bar provides instant shortcuts to core workflows:

  • New post →: Start writing a post or generating hook variations.
  • New Campaign →: Launch the multi-step outreach sequence builder.
  • View Reports →: Export consolidated growth reports for team meetings or agency clients.
  • View Analytics →: Deep-dive into detailed channel-by-channel performance charts.

Audience Growth Chart

The interactive Audience growth graph charts your follower count, impressions, and engagement trends over time:

  • Profile Selector: If you have multiple LinkedIn accounts or client accounts connected, use the profile dropdown to toggle between accounts.
  • Time Window: Switch between Last 7 days, Last 30 days, and Last 90 days to track seasonal trends and inflection points.

AI Recommendations Panel

On the right side of the dashboard, Reachvo's agentic AI engine continuously monitors your account state and surfaces actionable suggestions:

  • Launch your first campaign: Prompts you when you have connected accounts but zero active sequences, guiding you directly to the Campaign Builder.
  • Schedule upcoming posts: Alerts you when your content queue is empty so you never lose publishing momentum on LinkedIn.
  • Warmup Deliverability Alerts: Warns you if any mailbox experiences an increase in spam rate or needs DNS record adjustments.
  • Global Search (Cmd+K): Use the top bar search bar to instantly jump to any contact, campaign, or post.
  • AI Credits Badge: Located in the top bar and sidebar footer (e.g., 9,995 available / 10,000 cap). Tracks consumption across AI operations (hook generation, post writing, email enrichment).
  • Help Button (?): Need quick help on any page? Click the ? icon in the top bar to open the Help Center or search guides without leaving your active work.
