What is AI Credits & Billing?

Billing & AI Credits (/settings/billing) provides complete transparency and self-service control over your workspace subscription tier, resource allowances, monthly AI credit balances, add-on modules, and historical invoices.

Reachvo operates on a hybrid model:

• Base Subscriptions: Grant seats, connected LinkedIn accounts, cold email inboxes, CRM contacts, and a monthly pool of included AI credits.
• AI Credits: Power intelligent content generation (hooks, posts, viral analysis, cold email rewrites, and CRM inbox replies).
• Bring Your Own Key (BYOK): Connect your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or OpenRouter API key under Settings → Integrations to use AI features with zero Reachvo platform credit deductions.

When using Reachvo's hosted models, you can switch between model tiers in the bottom left status bar:

• Budget Tier (e.g. GPT-4o-mini, Claude 3.5 Haiku): 1.0x base cost.
• Mid Tier (e.g. GPT-4o, DeepSeek-V3): 1.5x base cost.
• Premium Tier (e.g. Claude 3.5 Sonnet, GPT-4.5): 2.5x base cost.
• Bring Your Own Key (BYOK): 0 credits (Free). You only pay your provider directly.

If you consume your monthly allocation before the billing renewal date, you can purchase instant credit packs or recurring capacity add-ons:

• Extra LinkedIn Account: +$49 / month (+1 connected profile slot).
• Extra User Seat: +$29 / month (+1 team member login).
• Extra 10 Email Inboxes: +$20 / month (+10 connected sending mailboxes).
• Extra 25,000 Emails/month: +$25 / month (Expands monthly sending cap).
• Extra 25 GB Video Storage: +$12 / month (For personalized video outreach).
• Recording Retention Add-on: +$15 / month (Disables auto-deletion policies for Launch/Scale).

4. Upgrading, Downgrading & Conflict Handling

Upgrading Your Plan

• Upgrades take effect immediately.
• Stripe prorates the unused portion of your existing subscription and bills the difference.
• New resource limits (e.g., extra LinkedIn slots, higher email limits) are provisioned instantly.

Safe Downgrades & Excess Resource Validation

If you choose to downgrade (for example, from Scale with 4 LinkedIn profiles to Launch which permits 1):

1. Reachvo evaluates your currently connected resources against the target plan's limits.
2. If excess resources exist, a Resource Selection Dialog appears.
3. You select which specific accounts to keep active; excess accounts are safely marked as Paused rather than deleted.
4. The downgrade takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

5. Invoices, Receipts & Payment Methods

• Stripe Customer Portal: Click Manage Subscription to update credit cards, manage corporate VAT/Tax IDs, or change billing addresses.
• PDF Invoice Downloads: Every transaction produces a downloadable, tax-compliant PDF invoice stored in your Payment History table.
