The cold email warmup playbook: from 0 to 10K sends/month

Scaling your B2B email outreach requires a solid foundation. If you try to send 100 emails a day from a new domain, your emails will go straight to spam. Here is the playbook we use to warm up domains from zero to 10K sends per month safely.

1. Technical Configuration

Before sending a single email, make sure your SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records are set up correctly in your DNS. These authenticate your domain to receiving mail servers, proving you aren't a spammer.

2. The Warmup Phase

Connect your inboxes to Reachvo's automated warmup network. Our network sends real messages between inboxes and automatically moves them out of spam and marks them as read. Start with 2 sends a day and scale to 40 per day over 14 to 21 days.

• Warmup duration: Minimum of 14 days before starting any campaign.
• Warmup volume: Peak at 30-40 warmup emails/day per inbox.
